Executive Coaching to support organisations in developing women leaders, fast-tracking their growth and building stronger female talent pipelines

The Women in the Workplace research (McKinsey 2023) confirms the broken rung remains the greatest obstacle women face on the path to senior leadership and women face their biggest hurdle at the first critical step up into manager. There are fewer women to promote to senior managers and the number of women decreases at every subsequent level.

Research shows that between 75-90% of women leaders suffer from imposter syndrome

Self-doubt remains a key factor in affecting women’s performance, career progression and well-being.

If your company has...

  • a less than desirable female talent pipeline

  • low numbers of women in senior leadership or middle management

  • women who get results but aren't speaking up in meetings

  • brilliant but disengaged female employees

  • women not putting themselves up for promotion internally

  • high attrition rate of female leaders

Investment in developing women leaders means your company can benefit from higher performing women in your female talent pipeline.

By developing women in your company you can:

  • Build your female talent pipeline and create diversity when it comes to recruiting internally so that you have more equal representation in leadership

  • Gain a more diverse range of voices speaking up in meetings and sharing brilliant ideas

  • Benefit from more engaged female employees so that they aren't looking for the next company that will support them to grow

  • Retain talented women so that you save on recruitment costs and knowledge gaps and lower your attrition rate of women in leadership

  • Create a reputation as a great place for women to work so that they recommend it to others in the industry so that you’re attracting female talent organically

  • Make the most of talent that's keeping quiet and develop them into leaders so that you meet diversity quotas

Using a somatic coaching approach to develop your female talent recognises that the mind and body are interconnected and supports the place of learning where we can do something different, consistently and when under pressure.

As an example, through experiences that shape who we are and how we behave, we may come to know that speaking up doesn’t feel safe; so unconsciously we stop ourselves from doing it. The hollow pit of anxiety in the stomach, the flushed neck and face, rapid breathing and spiralling thoughts; all are signals from the body’s lived experience that now is not the time to speak up and reactions like these are common for women in challenging environments.

Developing female talent using a somatic coaching approach supports women to be able to do things differently, consistently and when under pressure. Supporting women to learn about the science behind our body’s responses in times of challenge or discomfort leads to self-awareness, experimenting with new ways of being and creating new neural pathways and changes in behaviour.

“Jenni’s programme is different to other corporate leadership and coaching programs.  It’s a journey of self-discovery that provides insights, learnings, and tools that positively impacts both personal and professional wellbeing and performance.  With Jenni’s coaching and the online training program, I was able to better understand how to tap into a more positive mindset that nurtures confidence and happiness.
A really great programme that has a lasting impact, highly recommend.”

All of the above are experienced every day by women at work. These are driven by unconscious beliefs and dictate unconscious behaviours that see them doubt their abilities, question their decisions, disengage from work - their performance and productivity is affected and they don't put themselves forward to progress, even worse, they resign.

By investing in coaching and training, employers can help their female talent become more self aware and foster behaviours that are more conducive to performing, being productive and speaking up.

I work with organisations to help talented women, who have all the skills on paper, recognise and change behaviours in areas that hold them back.

  • Self Doubt

  • Imposter Syndrome

  • People pleasing

  • Perfectionism

  • Fear of failure

  • Self sabotage

  • Fear of success

Jenni has truly given me fresh perspective on how to tackle head on, challenging and emotionally challenging areas of my life, as they arise. The techniques on how to manage active listening, stress and other situations has seen the changes trickle into many different areas of my life. I can't explain how invaluable these sessions have been for me.

EXECUTIVE Coaching & Training

Executive somatic coaching focuses on the importance of nervous system regulation and unconscious beliefs for female employees and empowers women to become bolder, more inner confident and resilient so that they start speaking up and progressing within the organisation.

As an employer you can create all the conditions for an employee to thrive and belong, but if on an unconscious level they have beliefs that stop them from shining bright, it’s time to help them create self awareness to enable behaviour change.

Coaching is the way to achieve long lasting behaviour change and results in an increase in employee retention. With 80% of people who receive coaching reporting an increased self confidence, 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more (ICF 2019).
